1. RECOGNIZE YOU ARE FRUSTRATED
2. PAUSE AND TAKE A BREATH
3. IDENTIFY THE UNMET EXPECTATION
4. DETERMINE IF YOUR EXPECTATION IS REASONABLE
5. ADJUST EXPECTATIONS AS NECESSARY
6. IDENTIFY WHY EXPECTATION WAS NOT MET
7. REPEAT AS NEEDED
